When can I start to see a real impact?

Everyone's microbiome is unique, but here is a clinical-based progression of possible benefits consistent with daily supplementation.

Days 1-7 days: Microbiome Adaptation

Initial colonization of BB-12® & LGG® strains. You may notice more regular bowel movements, improved stool consistency, and mild reduction in abdominal bloating.

In summary, you might actually enjoy pooping. :)

Days 7-14: Digestive Comfort

Strains begin modulating gut balance. You may feel enhanced digestive stability, reduced post-meal bloating, and more predictable, comfortable bowel function emerging.

Days 30-90: Gut Balance & Immune Support

Benefits become consistently noticeable. You may feel "lighter," improved digestive resilience during travel or stress, and enhanced immune system support.

Beyond 90 Days: Sustained Microbiome Health

Long-term supplementation supports a more stable and resilient microbiome. You may experience sustained digestive comfort, stable bowel patterns, and ongoing gut health maintenance.

Why we built Gutcultured

A new era of gut care, built for modern life,
proven by decades of clinical research.

Your gut under pressure

The impact of modern life on your microbiome

Processed food, stress, poor sleep, travel and antibiotics quietly wear down your gut microbiome. When the gut barrier weakens, toxins slip through and can trigger what science calls increased intestinal permeability and inflammation (or in common speak, “leaky gut”).

In everyday life, this can show up as bloating, brain fog, low mood, sensitive skin, and getting sick more often.

Today, 40 per cent of the worldwide population struggle with gut-brain issues⁵ like IBS or chronic bloating, demonstrating how gut balance is harder than ever to maintain.

That 40 per cent statistic is not just a number for us. For our founders, loved ones went through the same cycle of bloating, brain fog, low resilience, including illness, before discovering how powerful a strong microbiome could be, and how useful a simple, clinically backed daily gut ritual could be. That journey became Gutcultured.

Our Philosophy

Genes matter, but only 20%. The rest? Your lifestyle.

In health, the latest science confirms that genes matter - but only 20%. The rest? Your choices. Your gut sits in the center of the 80% you control - sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, recovery, connection, purpose.

Gutcultured sits inside this bigger lifestyle philosophy - not as a magic pill, but as a precision tool that reinforces your daily choices.

Clinically proven. Lifestyle-ready.

Make it part of your routine

Keep your Gutcultured sachets where you start your day - by the coffee machine, breakfast bar, or water glass. The easiest habits are the ones you see.

How to take

Mix it your way

Pour into water, yoghurt, muesli, or smoothies - or take it straight on the tongue. Gutcultured dissolves instantly with a clean, neutral taste that works with any routine.

Morning

Consistency is everything

Gut health builds with time. Take one sachet daily - morning or travel, gym or office - to help maintain everyday balance and well-being.

CONSISTENCY LOOKS GOOD ON EVERYONE

You’ve seen it in their routines. Now make it part of yours.

Your questions, answered.

Because clinically-proven should also be clear-cut.

What makes BB-12® and LGG® better than generic probiotics?

They’re not just names - they’re clinically documented strains, backed by 500+ clinical studies and 2000+ scientific publications, and recognized by regulatory authorities like EFSA and FDA. Most probiotics use unverified, non-traceable blends.

Why only two strains? Isn’t more better?

Not always. Many multi-strain formulas include unproven bacteria. We selected the two most researched strains with synergistic effects - simplifying without sacrificing efficacy.

Is it safe to take daily?

Absolutely. Our strains have Qualified Presumption of Safety (QPS) status in the EU and GRAS status in the US. Daily use is not only safe - it’s where the benefits compound.

What results should I expect, and when?

Most people feel lighter and more regular with consistent use over 4 weeks.

Is this safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes. Both BB-12® and LGG® have been safely studied in infants, children, and pregnant women. However, always consult your healthcare provider.

Can I take Gutcultured with antibiotics?

Yes. LGG® was selected specifically for its ability to survive antibiotic exposure. It's been used safely alongside antibiotics in hospital settings for over 30 years.

Can I travel with it?

Yes. Our sachets are shelf-stable for 24 months, no refrigeration needed.
